AIMX is a closed-loop digital platform service credit made available by Aimedis LLC solely for use within the Aimedis platform.

AIMX is intended exclusively to enable access to, and payment for, eligible services, digital tools, subscriptions, and other platform-based functionalities offered by Aimedis LLC within the Aimedis platform. AIMX has no intended purpose or use outside the Aimedis platform.

AIMX is not designed, offered, or intended as an investment product, security, financial instrument, e-money, deposit, stored-value product, derivative, commodity, collective investment interest, or any other regulated financial product or service.

AIMX does not represent or confer any ownership interest, equity, shareholding, membership interest, profit participation, revenue participation, voting right, governance right, management right, creditor right, repayment claim, redemption claim, or any other legal or beneficial interest in Aimedis LLC, its affiliates, or any third party.

AIMX constitutes only a limited contractual right, as recognized by Aimedis LLC under these Terms, to apply AIMX within the Aimedis platform toward eligible platform services, subject to availability, technical functionality, compliance requirements, and these Terms.

AIMX is non-refundable, non-redeemable for cash, and non-withdrawable, and Aimedis LLC is under no obligation to convert AIMX into fiat currency, cryptocurrency, or any other form of monetary value. Aimedis LLC does not undertake to create, maintain, support, or facilitate any secondary market, liquidity, resale opportunity, exchange functionality, transfer mechanism, or third-party trading venue for AIMX.

AIMX may not be offered, sold, resold, assigned, transferred, pledged, encumbered, exchanged, traded, listed, marketed, or otherwise made available on any public or private exchange, marketplace, trading venue, broker platform, or peer-to-peer market, except where Aimedis LLC has expressly agreed otherwise in writing and such activity is permitted under applicable law.

Aimedis LLC does not recognize, support, facilitate, or assume responsibility for any external transfer, sale, exchange, listing, trading activity, or third-party market use of AIMX. To the extent any such activity is technically possible, it shall occur outside the Aimedis platform, outside the scope of these Terms, and without effect on Aimedis LLC's internal service accounting, eligibility criteria, or service usage rules.

Any external quotation, indicative price, wallet display, token tracker display, or third-party market information relating to AIMX, if any, is unofficial, is not endorsed by Aimedis LLC, and shall have no legal or contractual relevance for use of AIMX within the Aimedis platform.

For internal service usage purposes only, Aimedis LLC may apply an internal reference value of 1 AIMX = USD 0.03. This internal reference value is used solely as an internal accounting and service-calculation mechanism for eligible platform services. It does not constitute, and must not be interpreted as, a market price, fair value, guaranteed value, redemption value, repayment amount, or promise of present or future value.

Aimedis LLC may, acting reasonably and subject to applicable law, determine, modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue the categories of services for which AIMX may be used, the manner in which AIMX may be applied, and any operational limits, eligibility criteria, subscription-based limits, account-based limits, usage-based limits, or monthly service redemption caps applicable to AIMX within the platform.

To ensure fair use, security, technical stability, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and sustainable platform operations, Aimedis LLC may impose and adjust reasonable quantitative or operational limits on the use of AIMX, including monthly service usage caps. Such limits may vary based on account type, subscription plan, jurisdiction, service category, verification status, risk considerations, or actual platform usage.

For the avoidance of doubt, Aimedis LLC is not obliged to permit unlimited or unrestricted use of AIMX for platform services, and may apply reasonable monthly, transactional, account-level, or service-specific usage limits.

AIMX does not constitute a prepaid payment instrument, general-purpose stored value, or a claim for repayment of funds.

AIMX is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, subject to platform availability, technical functionality, legal permissibility, and Aimedis LLC's then-current operational, business, and compliance requirements. Aimedis LLC makes no representation, warranty, or guarantee regarding uninterrupted availability, continuous usability, continued issuance, future utility scope, external compatibility, or any present or future economic, monetary, or exchange value of AIMX.

By acquiring, holding, or using AIMX, the user acknowledges and agrees that AIMX is solely a limited internal platform service credit and not an investment or speculative asset, and that any use of AIMX is strictly limited to the uses expressly permitted by Aimedis LLC within the Aimedis platform under these Terms.
